The consultation on the Principles and guidance for board risk committees and risk functions in the UK financial services sector (the guidance) is now open. We welcome your feedback and will take all responses into account in developing the final version of the guidance.
The guidance can be downloaded on this page, along with the consultation return. This sets out several questions on which we would particularly appreciate your views. You can also use the consultation return to provide us with any wider views about the guidance.
We welcome a wide range of views – from board risk committee chairs and members, chief risk officers, chief executives and other senior executives, chief internal auditors, company secretaries, investors and others. We also welcome views from those outside of financial services. In replying to this consultation, you can respond in an individual capacity or submit a response on behalf of your organisation.
This consultation closes on 20 September 2019, but we ask you respond earlier during the consultation period, if possible.
A summary of responses will be made available in a feedback statement when the final guidance is published at the end of 2019.
You can complete your response directly in the consultation document and submit it by clicking the “submit form” button. Alternatively, you can respond on the attached Word document and return it to email@example.com.
Thank you for taking the time to read the guidance and give us your views.
